Different kinds of vegetables, straw mushrooms (fave!), vermicelli, eggs, lard.
Their potent chilli sauce kept me wanting more (we requested for them to remove the pungent raw garlic though)… add in the chilli padi which makes the paste super spicy and shiok to the max!
Interestingly, we were provided with slabs of lard to oil the pan in the middle instead of the usual oil or butter.
Surrounding the charcoal BBQ is chicken broth for steamboat and the "juice" from the lard and bbq meat drips into the chicken broth making the soup super fatty yet tasty!
Total bill for 4 of us (1 round of ingredients) and 3 cups of Thai Iced Tea(from the opposite shop) added up to about $45.
